1. Course Fees & Payments
1.1 All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 Payments are non-transferable unless specifically agreed by us.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 We offer refunds based on the following conditions:

Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Course Start: Full refund issued.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Start: No refund, but you may reschedule to a future course at no extra cost.

Cancellation After Course Start: No refunds will be issued.

3. Course Cancellations by Start2Trade
3.1 If we need to cancel a course for any reason, you will be entitled to either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer to a future course date.
​3.2 We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Missed Modules
4.1 If you miss a module, you will not be eligible for a refund for that session.
4.2 Where possible, we may allow you to attend the missed module in a future course at our discretion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a refund or course rescheduling at our discretion. Proof (e.g., a medical note) may be required.

6.1 To request a refund, please contact us at least 7 days before your course start date with the following details:

Reason for cancellation
6.2 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval and issued via the original payment method.​

7.1 We reserve the right to update these Refund policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
7.2 Continued use of our Website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
